Optional HID Light Sources

Metal Halide (MH-50)

• Produces a pure white light
• Enormous amount of light with excellent color rendering
• Bulbs last 6 times longer than incandescent bulbs

High Pressure Sodium (HPS-35, HPS-50, HPS-70, HPS-100 and HPS-150)

• Produces a golden-pink cast
• efficient light source
• Bulbs rated up to 24,000 hours

HID Lighting Kit to Retrofit Existing Light

You can purchase a separate kit to retro fit an existing light.  The kit contains a canister ballast, mounting bracket and heavy duty socket-medium base bulb.  (Bulbs sold separately.)

When ordering, specify the type of ballast (using the product numbers from the table above) add follow it with the suffix K.  Example: HPS150-K would be a kit to retrofit an existing lamp with a 150 watt High Pressure Sodium HID.
