Special Lite Warranty

Effective April 3, 1984 SPECIAL LITE PRODUCTS COMPANY, INC. warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that it’s products will be free from defects in workman­ship or material under normal use and service. SPECIAL LITE PRODUCTS COMPANY INC’s obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to repairing or replacing, at SPECIAL LITE PRODUCTS COMPANY, INC.’s option, within one (1) year after the date of purchase, any part or parts which may prove to be defective under normal use or service, but only after examination by SPECIAL LITE PRODUCTS COMPANY, INC. discloses said part or parts to be defective. This warranty does not apply to any products manufactured by SPECIAL LITE PRODUCTS COMPANY, INC., which has been improperly installed, overloaded, abused, misused, or altered in any manner.
 
There is no other warranty, expressed or implied, including all warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties, which extend beyond those contained herein. Correction of defects, in the manner and for the period of time provided above, shall constitute fulfillment of all obligations of SPECIAL LITE PRODUCTS COMPANY, INC. to the purchaser. SPECIAL LITE PRODUCTS COMPANY, INC. shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages
what so ever. The remedies of purchaser set herein are exclusive, and the liability of SPE­CIAL LITE PRODUCTS, INC. with respect to any contractor or sales or anything done in connection herewith, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty or otherwise, shall not, except as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of the product or part on which liability is based.
 
SPECIAL LITE PRODUCTS COMPANY, INC. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or party to assume for it any other obligation or liability with respect to any product sold by SPECIAL LITE PRODUCTS COMPANY INC.
