Special Lite Return Policy

General Item Returns

Please contact Special Lite Products before returning any merchandise.  All returns require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number, and your customer service representative will provide the RGA.

  • Non Damaged/Defective Merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee, minimum $10.00 restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for payment of the original shipping and the return shipping charges.
  • Custom orders are not returnable.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged Merchandise: All merchandise is shipped from our factory in good condition. If goods are damaged in transit or a shortage is claimed, the customer must note this on the freight bill at the time of delivery.

  • For both visible and concealed damage, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the delivering carrier and request them to make an inspection.
  • Damage to UPS, FedEx and DHL shipments must be kept in the original carton and wrapping. The customer must contact the local UPS, FedEx or DHL office within 5 business days of receipt of the product to have an inspection made and file a claim.
  • UPS, FedEx and DHL small package shipments sometimes get split in transit. Please wait three days before filing a claim.
  • Broken Glass must be reported to the manufacturer within 30 days of receipt of product.
