Special Lite Return PolicyGeneral Item ReturnsPlease contact Special Lite Products before returning any merchandise. All returns require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number, and your customer service representative will provide the RGA.
Damaged MerchandiseDamaged Merchandise: All merchandise is shipped from our factory in good condition. If goods are damaged in transit or a shortage is claimed, the customer must note this on the freight bill at the time of delivery.
